Lots of clouds: With a westerly upper-level flow, more humid air masses will temporarily reach the Alpine region.
The weather
Today, clouds will dominate, and the sun will only appear sporadically. In the evening, light precipitation will move into the northern parts of the region from Switzerland and Austria. The snow line will range between 1300 and 1800 m. Afternoon highs will range between 4° in the Pustertal and 8° in the Etschtal.
Mountain weather
Denser cloud cover will create diffuse light conditions. A bit of sunshine is most likely still in the southern mountain groups. In the evening a warm front from northwest will bring light snowfall to the northern mountain ranges and in the Ortler Group.

The weather
On Friday, the clouds will tend to break up, giving way to sunshine. In the afternoon, the weather will be sunny with only a few high clouds passing through. Relatively mild conditions for the season, with maximum temperatures between 7° and 11°.
Mountain weather
On the Ahrntal mountains, the last snowflakes will fall in the morning. Afterwards, the clouds will break up and it will become increasingly sunny. The most sunshine can be expected in the southern mountain groups.
The next days
Plenty of sunshine and mild weather: On Tuesday, the sun will shine for most of the day, with some high clouds moving in from the west as the day progresses. Wednesday will continue with plenty of sunshine and a mostly cloudless sky. Thursday will also be brilliantly sunny. Friday brings no change; the entire region will continue with plenty of sunshine. It will remain unusually mild for the season.
